مزمور لداود لما كان في برية يهوذا

1 يا الله الهي انت.اليك ابكّر.عطشت اليك نفسي يشتاق اليك جسدي في ارض ناشفة ويابسة بلا ماء
2 لكي ابصر قوتك ومجدك كما قد رأيتك في قدسك.
3 لان رحمتك افضل من الحياة.شفتاي تسبحانك.
4 هكذا اباركك في حياتي.باسمك ارفع يديّ.
5 كما من شحم ودسم تشبع نفسي وبشفتي الابتهاج يسبحك فمي
6 اذا ذكرتك على فراشي.في السهد الهج بك.
7 لانك كنت عونا لي وبظل جناحيك ابتهج
8 التصقت نفسي بك.يمينك تعضدني.
9 اما الذين هم للتهلكة يطلبون نفسي فيدخلون في اسافل الارض.
10 يدفعون الى يدي السيف.يكونون نصيبا لبنات آوى.
11 اما الملك فيفرح بالله.يفتخر كل من يحلف به.لان افواه المتكلمين بالكذب تسد


Psalm 63

A Psalm of David when he was in the wilderness of Judah.

1 O God, You are my God;
Early will I seek You;
My soul thirsts for You;
My flesh longs for You
In a dry and thirsty land
Where there is no water.
2 So I have looked for You in the sanctuary,
To see Your power and Your glory.
3 Because Your lovingkindness is better than life,
My lips shall praise You.
4 Thus I will bless You while I live;
I will lift up my hands in Your name.
5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness,
And my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips.
6 When I remember You on my bed,
I meditate on You in the night watches.
7 Because You have been my help,
Therefore in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice.
8 My soul follows close behind You;
Your right hand upholds me.
9 But those who seek my life, to destroy it,
Shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
10 They shall fall by the sword;
They shall be a portion for jackals.
11 But the king shall rejoice in God;
Everyone who swears by Him shall glory;
But the mouth of those who speak lies shall be stopped.


Psaume 63

Psaume de David. Lorsqu'il était dans le désert de Juda.

1 Dieu! tu es mon Dieu, je te cherche; Mon âme a soif de toi, mon corps soupire après toi, Dans une terre aride, desséchée, sans eau.
2 Ainsi je te contemple dans le sanctuaire, Pour voir ta puissance et ta gloire.
3 Car ta bonté vaut mieux que la vie: Mes lèvres célèbrent tes louanges.
4 Je te bénirai donc toute ma vie, J'élèverai mes mains en ton nom.
5 Mon âme sera rassasiée comme de mets gras et succulents, Et, avec des cris de joie sur les lèvres, ma bouche te célébrera.
6 Lorsque je pense à toi sur ma couche, Je médite sur toi pendant les veilles de la nuit.
7 Car tu es mon secours, Et je suis dans l'allégresse à l'ombre de tes ailes.
8 Mon âme est attachée à toi; Ta droite me soutient.
9 Mais ceux qui cherchent à m'ôter la vie Iront dans les profondeurs de la terre;
10 Ils seront livrés au glaive, Ils seront la proie des chacals.
11 Et le roi se réjouira en Dieu; Quiconque jure par lui s'en glorifiera, Car la bouche des menteurs sera fermée.
